We offer a 30-day return policy for unused film. Please contact our customer service within 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate the return process. The film must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resealable condition. Custom-cut or special-order film is not eligible for return unless it is defective or damaged upon arrival. Once we receive and verify the returned film, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.
